An experienced driver driven several times on this route will lead the tour. Rara National Park, despite being the smallest is the finest National Park in the world. It hides wildlife like Musk Deer, Himalayan Black Bear, Red Panda, Ghorals, Wild Boar and Thar, Danphe (the national bird of Nepal), and gems like Rara Lake. Though it is off the beaten path and is isolated, it is recommended (at least from my side), so if you are in Nepal and want to explore pure beauty, visit Rara Lake.
This tour will be accompanied by group-sharing accommodation. It is comfortable driving tour via surkhet, Kalikot and Gamghadi. Kathmandu to Rara Lake is 4 days of driving and returns within 3 days. One extra day exploration day at Rara Lake is included in our tour itinerary. In 7 pax a group will get twin/triple sharing rooms for overnight. Hotels on the way are basic but neat and clean.
